Ben graduated from Boyce College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts, Biblical & Theological Studies and completed his Advanced Master of Divinity in Theology degree from Southern Seminary in 2011. Originally from Salem, MO, Ben recently moved to Cincinnati and is looking forward to getting to know the area. Thankfully, his fiancé, Jenny Gadsby, is a native of Cincinnati and knows the area well! Ben & Jenny are planning to be married in September 2011 and both have a passion to work with youth.
Ben has been blessed to have already served in several ways in youth ministry. He has taught Bible studies, led Vacation Bible School worship, overseen a youth summer ministry, led a youth mission team to Moldova and served as a Youth Pastoral Intern. In addition to his experience in working with youth, Ben has been a men’s Bible Study leader, counselor, supply preacher, decision counselor, and chaplain intern at a nursing home.
Ben is excited about the opportunity to minister with the First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy and we welcome him to our family!
